Purchased a replacement battery that did not fit properly

We ordered a replacement battery for a laptop and when we received it, it did not fit properly. When trying to return it I was given the biggest runaround I have ever been given in my life. They wanted photos which I sent, then asked for them again. I sent emails from 12/27 to 1/4 and finally sent a claim to PayPal because I could get absolutely no where. I then got another email from them saying it was from T-mart PayPal, asking me to drop the dispute and saying they have a 24 hour service and once again asking me for everything I had already sent to them. They said, "Please don't worry, we will offer you the best solution once we confirm the problem." Well, I've been emailing for 9 days with no solution!!! DO NOT use this company!!! They are the biggest scammers I have ever dealt with!

Scam artists order never received was shipped in china not usps

Ordered a toshiba laptop keyboard 11/24/2014 said payment received then 11/25 picking 11/25 shipped china post it was to be shipped usps free 5-7 days 20 days later never received and still says china post no answer to emails phone number i got for them is disconnected and live chat says internal error. they are scammers, fake company.so i had to enter a dispute through my credit card company which is such a hassle. people like this ruin online shopping. WARNING DO NOT BUY FROM THEM if you want to just give your money away find a nice charity.

Defective battery and no response

I bought what was supposed to be a new battery for my Dell Vostro laptop. What they sent me was a battery that does not work and had a big crack across the middle. Hard not to notice the crack. Even my laptop,when I installed the battery, gave me an alert that the battery needed to be replaced. My computer was telling me to replace the "new" battery that I had just installed. There was no charge in the battery and would not charge past 23% even though I left it to charge for 12 hours!!!! I left 2 emails on their website and they have not responded with an RMA number that they say I must have in order to send back to them. ANd they do not have a phone number to contact customer service. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!

Wrong item received - can't get a response from them

I ordered a Toshiba laptop battery on 11/4/2014 and received a battery quickly. However, it was the wrong battery....wrong brand and a totally different model number. The correct information is on their invoice but that's not what I got. I have sent 3 emails to Laptop Town asking for a refund or an exchange, but have heard nothing from them. Can't find a phone number and when I click on Live Chat I get a server error so apparently there is no Live Chat. All I want is what I purchased or my money back and I DON'T think I should have to pay for shipping it back. It was their mistake, not mine. Pretty simple request!!

The adaptor worked for 4 months - then quit.

I have sent 4 emails to Laptop Town, as the purchase came with a 180 day warranty. Well, it looks like their warranty is as good as their faulty product. They have not even replied to any of my emails. Here is a copy of one of my emails: Laptop town 07/06/14 On 02/02/2014 We bought from you a Replacement AC Adapter for our Dell Inspiron 1545. Your Adapter has INPUT 100-240V~1.5A OUTPUT 19.5V-3.34A. A paper sticker on it reads: YALL.2013.11 We paid $22.98. It does not work now. May I have a RMA number so I can send it back to you for a replacement? Or, if you wish, since it does not work any longer - could you simply send me a new one?

Failed to Honor Warranty

Ordered replacement keyboard for HP laptop, based on pics I provided at their request, and their assurances that it was correct replacement. Board was damaged when received, one key wouldn't work, and board was wrong size. Again at their request, I provided pics of the keyboard not fitting into laptop frame. Product never received

I ordered a replacement cord from them and after a couple weeks of waiting I sent them a message. I asked them where is my power cord they then came up with a tracking number, why didn't I get the tracking number when my order was shipped ? Than I checked and it told me the order was at my post office so I went there and as it turns out they had sent it back to the company that day. I then sent the company a message saying it had been sent to them and please check and see what happened and they said I gave them the wrong address but I checked my order and that was false. I then sent another message and told them it was their mistake and they would not acknowledge that. They then said that they never received the item back and I would have to prove it through the postal service. After several more messages back and forth they finally said they would refund my money but then after it never arrived I contacted them again and they said they were not sending it. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with they totally ripped me off for the product price and the shipping fees. I just hope others read these comments before wasting their money. THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS !!!

Ordered a replacement LCD

I ordered a replacement LCD and in all my years of computing I have never worried about whether or not the pins of an ordered LCD, after giving the company all the specs of my laptop that is in need of a new face (LCD)would fit. I ordered a replacement screen for my Sony VGN-SR590FGB and the pin on the original is 30pin and the one they sent was 40pin...i contacted them, by email because the CHAT NOW icon didn't work, after reviewing it hasnt' worked since 2011. I sent three emails that said "will respond in 48 hours, it took them 3 weeks to respond with the needed RMA number to return an item, not only did they respond, they felt the need to tell me that "IT WAS ALL MY FAULT FOR ORDERING THE WRONG PART AND IF I WOULD OF LOOKED A LITTLE HARDER, I WOULD OF IDENTIFIED THAT." of course I ddint' respond like I wanted to because I hadn't gotten my refund yet...and it took 2 weeks to get a refund...THEY HAVE NO PHONE NUMBER THEY HAVE NO PHONE NUMBER THEY HAVE NO PHONE NUMBER!, AND I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE AMATURES AGAIN!

Failure to respond , no customer service

feb 18, 2013 , i purchased one a c adapter which did not work . i had to send ten e mails to return it , they dont read e mails . there is an automatic response by the computer , that they received it . i had to pay for return mail .in the end they will not refund any thing &; even stopped sending e mails . i will never deal with these people .even if their product is cheaper , i will never purchase any thing from them . they have no telephone listed & only way to contact them is by e mail , which is as good as not having one .

Send you used items claiming it is new, don't work

ordered a new laptop screen for laptop. when i recieved it it looked rather used. tabs where screws go in were bent, no packaging but a static bag, tape that covers board on bottom looked homemade. plugged it in and sure enough the thing was spitting out colors that u have never seen before! emailed them as there is no # and days later they respond with installation instructions! hello! told them again what the prob was. a week later they respond and send a tutorial from 2009 how to plug in a laptop screen! Tell them again that it is not a plug issue and they email back that it is in fact brand new (manufacture date is from 3 years ago) and that i need not to worry. By now it is 3 weeks after it has been shipped. i am getting very pissed off by now, and asked them what the next step is and sure enough a week later i get a response from them and get told to make sure the plug is in right! I replied to them that i know there tactic by now and that they are trying to get past 30 day refund mark which they have. they send and email back 2 days later and tell me that i was supposed to ask for an rma # when i recieved the order, to send it back. so now i own a broken laptop screen that i am very proud of, and i show all my friends it, and let them know where to by high quality junk!

Failure to respond!

I needed to return an item to LaptopTown because it was the wrong keyboard to my laptop. It has been two weeks and I have not received any response from these people. There's no phone number to contact and their so-called-live chat has never been activated. I've been checking my email and going into their website to check my Ticket ID every single day and never heard from them. I work for a big corporation that needs a lot of computer parts. I would have advised people to go to them but NOPE! So, now I'm stuck with a keyboard that doesn't even fit!

Soooooooooo I received a replacement LCD for my Vaio VGN-SR590FGB and the connector of the new one didn't fit my laptop (it was too big) I have been trying to contact this crazzzzzzzzzzzzzzy place for 5 days now...no response...I have sent 3 message in reference to my problem and 1 in reference to me not being able to get any contact or resolve! I'M TICKED OFF AND I AM 120.00 DOLLARS short now ...with an LCD I can do nothing with and an original sony with half a screen!

Service sucks. I spent extra money to have my charger arrive in 3 to 5 days.

After almost 2 weeks of waiting I went and bought a charger in a store. I never recieved my charger because they sent it to the wrong address.

I told them I wanted a refund since I never recieved it and they only refunded the price of the item - not the shipping cost even though it was their fault I never recieved it. Do not buy from them!

I to have had the same issue my credit card company will not remove the charges and they have charged me twice and sent a deffective and the wrong part the 2nd time. I have a phone number but she can do nothing.

Plus this company has 3 other web sites different names but all the same. I got their address through going through names until I got one that matched the city they were in and the name.

Sent wrong battery.. horrible customer service

I ordered a battery for my laptop and they sent the wrong one. When I emailed them about it they told me that it was the same as the model number of the original. It was completely different, didn't even fit in the battery slot. I emailed them for a week straight trying to get an authorization number for a return. It was like they thought I was *** and didn't believe me, I even sent them pictures of the two completely different batteries beside each other. They did not email me back so thankfully I paid through pay pal and I did a claim through them. As soon as they saw that I filed a claim they sent me an email that they were sorry for the inconvenience and that they would issue me a refund AFTER I closed my pay pal claim. I didn't trust them for anything so I didn't cancel my claim. Pay pal refunded the whole amount. This company has horrible customer service, they would not respond to any of my emails even though I emailed them daily. And very unprofessional when they do respond because the English is horrible. Will never buy from them again!!

I have an address and phone number but she answers the phone all day she said and she can do nothing except listen to our complaints and try and send them an e-mail in China but they were asleep there now. It wasn't until I threatened them and now they want me to take a picture and for me to pay postage to send back their deffective part as well as the wrong one I told them I wanted all my money back and the correct part and that I would do everything I can to shut them down.

They charged me two times for the same merchandise. I tried to talk to them, and they also ignored me.

Defective Item

I paid for a Sony Vaio laptop ac adapter, upon arrival the adapter fried my laptop. I took the laptop to the geek squad at best buy, they said it will cost more to fix the laptop then to buy a new one. They promised me high quality laptop adapters. I should have known that the adapter was going to be a cheap quality for the cheap price. "You get what you pay for". I would never purchase from this company again or recommend them to my worst enemies. I am currently trying to obtain a full refund for my purchase, I have spoken with a representative (Suli Nguyen) multiple times. Horrible customer service!!!

I recently purchased a replacement screen for my laptop. The part they shipped didn't work, so I shipped it back.

I specifically asked to refund my money especially when I paid for overnight shipping. Instead they ignored my request and sent a replacement.

I sent it back to them and now they do not want to refund my purchase. I have now contacted the bank for restitution.
